The President of SGA represents the student body during meetings with the faculty, staff, President and Board of Trustees, facilitating better communication between the Administration and Bryn Mawr Students (SGA). They are responsible for creating a space at weekly SGA meetings for students to voice opinions, concerns and comments. They are also responsible for organizing the Agenda for weekly Board and Assembly meetings. The President tries to build a cohesive, effective, and accountable Assembly. They are responsible for facilitating communication within the Assembly, as well as from the Assembly to the greater student body. This includes following up on initiatives and goals of Assembly members, leading the organization of Plenary, and ensuring that students who choose to be heard are heard.
