This is just a reminder that TUESDAY is the last day to apply for
appointed positions for this round. We still have plenty of spots and if
you’re having a problem with uploading your application or can’t fit an
interview time in, please contact me (amadden@bmc) and we will see what
we can do. Everything is on the blackboard site (bmc.sga.org) and can be found if you click on the community tab, then the BMC organizations tab, then bmc.sga.org!
***REMEMBER*** Appointments applications CLOSE at 5:00 pm today! You
must submit an application AND sign up for an interview by tomorrow!
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Alcohol Concerns Review Board (2 Available Positions): Heighten
awareness of alcohol issues on campus. Provide students with workshops
and forums on alcohol issues. Will work with Student Life Office and
faculty to determine need/program for Alcohol education on campus. Open
to ALL undergraduates.

Customs Committee Co-Heads (2 Available Positions): Head the Customs
Committee. Must be organized, responsible, and possess leadership
skills. Works with Customs Committee to choose Customs people for
2009-2010. Plans and runs Customs Training and Customs Week for Class of
2013. Open to ALL undergraduates.

Elections Committee (3 Available Positions): Are you a nice person who
is interested in the smooth running of elections? Help make the jobs of
the elections co-head easier by being on this committee and helping them
with the massive job of running multiple rounds of elections throughout
the school year!

Film Series Committee (Four Positions Available): Plan and organize the
showing of films at Bryn Mawr. Work prior to screenings includes
contacting video-lending agency and setting up a long-term schedule of
film screenings, which is to be made available to the Bryn Mawr
community. Open to ALL undergraduates.
Hell Week Committee (5 Available Positions): Work with the traditions
mistresses and Carolyn Lloyd to plan Hell Week and coordinate the dorm
representatives. Open to non first year students (this includes first
year transfers and visiting students).

Independent Majors Representative (2 Available Positions): Serve as a liaison between independent majors and the Independent Majors’ Committee.

Recycling Committee Heads (2 Available Positions): Does being Green make
you happy? Are you passionate about being a Greener campus? This could
be your niche! Work with a variety of organizations and departments to
make Bryn Mawr a more environmentally friendly campus.
